The Old Man and The Nymph

            NYMPH ARE BUTTERFLIES

It was early spring and weather at meadow was good. The colorful flowers were at full bloom and mild wind blew filled with their fragrance. The butterflies fluttered their bright colored wings over perch of flower petals. Colonel had created natural habitat for butterflies. He had collected butterflies from many countries and they had mated to brood many exotic varieties. Bright and fragrant flowers were planted along with wildflowers in patio containers and hanging baskets. Some patches f tall grasses were made in meadow for butterflies to perch and roost. A pile of logs was arranged criss cross and covered with tar and flower pots served as sanctuary for butterflies to hibernate and brood. The mud puddle served as source of moisture and minerals for butterflies.
